  Timothy Bandrowsky, D.D.S.
Dr. Bandrowsky has an extensive background in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He received both his undergraduate degree and his DDS from Case Western Reserve University . Dr. Bandrowsky completed his Oral and Maxillofacial surgical training at Madigan Army Medical Center . Dr. Bandrowsky recently completed fifteen years of active duty in the United States Army, with his last assignment as Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson . Dr. Bandrowsky has extensive knowledge in all phases of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and places a pleasant patient experience as a primary component of his practice philosophy. Dr. Bandrowsky is board certified and is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons since 1998.
  Matthew D'Addario D.D.S. MD
Dr. D’Addario is the newest member of the AOMS family. He completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery training at the University of Kentucky, while obtaining is medical degree concomitantly. Dr. D’Addario is well traveled and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto and his dental training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He is excited about moving to Colorado Springs to begin the next chapter of his life and career. In addition to his passion for the specialty of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. D’Addario loves hockey and intends to pursue other outdoor activities that Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas offer.
  Rebecca Facy D.D.S. MD
Dr. Facy completed her residency at the University of Pittsburgh, a premier program in the training of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
Dr. Facy was raised in Salt Lake City and is excited to return to the mountain views of the west. She attended dental school at the University of Michigan, and medical school at the University of Pittsburgh; where she completed her studies with honors residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Facy brings with her to Colorado Springs her husband Eric. They are both excited to establish themselves in Colorado Springs, and look forward to pursuing their shared interest of skiing, cycling, and other outdoor activities.
  Leo L. Nassimbene, D.D.S.
Leo L. Nassimbene, D.D.S. Following his undergraduate education at the Univ. of Denver, Dr. Nassimbene earned D.D.S and M.S.D. degrees from the Univ. of Missouri at Kansas City. He completed his residency at Kansas City General Hospital, and served in the U.S. Army Dental Corps prior to beginning oral surgery practice in Colorado Springs in 1955. He is past president of the Colorado Dental Association, and the Colorado, Rocky Mountain, and Midwestern Societies of Oral Surgery. In addition he has been a consultant to the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Colorado State Dental Board, and a member of numerous national and international professional organizations. Dr. Nassimbene is a Colorado native and a long-time community leader in the Colorado Springs area.
  Michael S. Onstad, D.D.S.
Dr. Onstad , a native of Colorado , graduated from Palmer High School and the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs . He attended the State University of New York - Buffalo where he received his dental degree. In 1976, he completed a General Practice Residency at Denver General Hospital . He returned to Colorado Springs and practiced comprehensive general dentistry for three years. He returned to Denver General Hospital and completed his surgical training in Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery in 1984. Dr. Onstad joined the Associates in Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery in 1984 and is celebrating his 20 th Anniversary with the group. He is on active staff at all three Colorado Springs hospitals. He is a past President of the Colorado Springs Dental Society and a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, International College of Implantology, Academy of Osseointegration and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists. Dr. Onstad has been involved in the surgical phase of implant dentistry since 1988 and has lectured extensively, both domestically and internationally in that arena. He also has special interests in dentoalveolar surgery, oral/facial pathology, oral/facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery and anesthesia. He is the father of two and enjoys traveling, skiing and cycling.
