Because we understand that the financial aspect of surgical procedures is of concern to our patients, AMOS seeks to be as flexible as possible regarding payment options.

A variety of financial arrangements will be discussed with your during your initial office visit, including payment in full at time of visit, several financing plans, and third party coverage (insurance).

Payment for your initial visit (including x-rays) must be made on the day of service. AMOS accepts cash , personal checks , Visa , Mastercard , American Express , and Discover.

In addition to the above methods of payment, AMOS may be able to assist you in obtaining third party financing of your treatment through one of the following sources.

     Citi Card Financing
     Unicorn Financing

A portion of your treatment at AMOS may be covered by most major dental or medical insurance plans depending upon your particular needs and circumstances(This does not include most Cosmetic Surgery). We ask that all patients provide our receptionist with pertinent medical and dental insurance information during their first visit.

As a service to you, we will process all medical and dental claims necessary for your surgical procedures. Our staff will assist you with your insurance issues in any way possible. Please keep in mind that we must always honor the contract terms of your particular insurance provider.
